Motion & Video
Product films, launch pieces, explainers and social cuts, edited as arguments, not as showreels.

Most product video fails in the same two places: it opens on a logo, and it explains features instead of making a case. We start from the argument — what has to be understood, in what order, by someone who was not looking for you — and build the edit around that.
We handle the whole path or any part of it: script, storyboard, direction, animation, edit, sound design and the platform-specific cutdowns that decide whether anyone sees the thing at all.

01
Argument
We write the case before we write the script. One page: what changes in the viewer's head between the first frame and the last.
02
Board
Storyboard and animatic with scratch VO and timing. Cheap to change here, expensive to change later — so we resolve structure before craft.
03
Build
Design frames, then animation. Two review rounds against the animatic so feedback lands on the edit rather than on taste.
04
Finish
Grade, sound design, mix to platform loudness. Cutdowns and captions. Delivery in every spec the channels require.
One film, one set of cutdowns
Single piece
A 60–120 second product film or explainer, delivered with social cutdowns and captions. Typically 4–6 weeks.
From $8,000
Hero film plus supporting cuts
Launch package
A hero piece, three to five supporting cuts, and the motion language documented so your team can extend it.
From $22,000
Ongoing, monthly
Motion retainer
A standing allocation for teams shipping continuously. Rolling queue, agreed capacity, one weekly working session.
From $9,000 / month
Timeline — 4–8 weeks for a single piece; 8–12 for a launch package.
A good fit for
- Product launches that need one clear, honest explanation
- Teams whose feature is genuinely hard to explain in text
- Brands wanting a motion language, not a one-off asset
Not a fit for
- Volume social content with no editorial position
- Recreating a competitor's film with different colours
- Projects where the argument has not been settled and video is meant to hide that
The principles this work is held to.
Published in full, so you can check the work against them yourself.
Can you work from our existing brand system?
Yes, and we prefer it. We will audit what exists, identify where it has no motion guidance, and document the decisions we make so the language survives past our engagement.
Do you provide voiceover and music?
We direct and cast voiceover, and we either license or commission score. Both are quoted separately at cost — we do not mark up talent.
What about generative video tools?
We use them for exploration and, occasionally, for elements in production. Every use is disclosed in the delivery notes with the tool named. See the Originality Charter.

A short brief is enough. We reply within two working days, and we will tell you honestly if a different service — or no project at all — would serve you better.
