01 Meridian

A telemetry product that stopped looking like a dashboard

Six teams, four visual languages, one product. We rebuilt the token architecture underneath and let the interface converge on its own.

02 Halden

We filmed the product on paper tape

Halden sells an eventing layer with nothing to photograph. The last film opened on a server aisle. This one is ninety seconds in a restorer's workshop: punch, hopper, hold, rewind.

03 Atlas

A personalised year-in-review video for every customer

Atlas needed thousands of videos, each showing a customer’s own activity. We built a reusable template that adapted to different names, languages and amounts of data, then generated 41,206 videos in one run.

04 Verso

An identity that survives the people who made it

Eleven neighbours had converged on the same blue node. Verso's staff could not pick their own mark out of a lineup. We drew one that survives a sleeve, a stamp, and a retraction email.

05 Coastline

Making a 3D product configurator work on mobile

Coastline’s online configurator lets customers explore a slatted timber panel in 3D before requesting a quote. We reduced the time before they could use it from 11 seconds to 2.4 seconds on a Pixel 4a, while keeping the wood, brass fittings and product details clear.

06 Northline

The audit that argued against hiring us

They came for a redesign. The interface felt dated. The audit found the design was largely sound and the library had been forked four times. We said so, in the room, and wrote a plan they could run without us.
